DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
Our Role
CrowdedBed is a video index site. We don’t host any video files ourselves, so we can’t remove videos from the internet. What we do is remove the listings and embedded links on our site. If you own rights to a video, you should also contact the site hosting the video directly.
How to Submit a Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
To report a copyright issue, please include all of the following in your notice:
- The exact URL(s) of the listing(s) on crowdedbed.com
- A description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your full name, address, and email address
- A statement made in good faith that the use of the work is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
- Your signature (a typed name is acceptable)
Send your notice to our Copyright Agent through the contact page.
Processing Notices, Counter-Notices, and Repeat Infringers
We review valid notices and remove listings within a few business days. If you receive a removal and believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) through the same contact form. Listings from sources that generate multiple valid copyright complaints may be removed permanently from CrowdedBed.
